I really enjoyed my stay at Alsace and the team were very friendly. The hotel is clean with a very chic and modern look and it is in a resonable location. It has a pool outside with clean sun loungers and a shower and toilet facility closeby. My only slightly negative feedback is that for breakfast there are porridge pots, pastries and unlimited tea and coffee. Perhaps there should be more variety of drinks especially for people who don't drink tea or coffee (like myself!)
I recently stayed at the Hotel Alsace in Los Angeles, and it’s easily my favorite boutique hotel in the city so far. The rooms were fresh and thoughtfully designed, with a cozy, inviting vibe that makes you feel right at home. They really made the most of the space, creating a warm ambiance that’s both relaxing and stylish. A huge thank you to Cindy at check-in! She truly made our experience exceptional. Not only was she incredibly welcoming and friendly, but she also went above and beyond by offering us an early check-in and a complimentary room upgrade! Her hospitality really set the tone for our stay and left us feeling so valued. Overall, Hotel Alsace is a gem in LA. With its charming atmosphere and top-notch service, I can’t recommend it enough!
Stayed here over the Thanksgiving holiday, taking advantage of Alsace's Black Friday discount and I don't have a single complaint. First, the location of Alsace was exactly what I needed to stay near family who live in the Baldwin Hills/Culver City area. There aren't many hotel options to choose from around here, so finding Alsace was clutch. Second, the service was on point. Nancy at the front desk, in particular, was very friendly and went out of her way to help me out. I really appreciated that. Third, the rooms are comfortable, quiet, clean and have great access to hotel amenities like the pool and gym. If you need a place to stay in the area, I do recommend giving Alsace a try! For Los Angeles, at the price point I found for Black Friday this place was a very good value!
Loved my stay here! The room was super clean and modern. The outdoor patio was perfect for lounging during the day or night. This hotel felt like an oasis from the busy pace of LA. Staff was kind and attentive throughout my stay. The gym is open 24 hours and equipment was clean and well kept. Neighborhood felt safe and convenient as it wasn’t far off from the freeway exit, with great restaurants and cafes nearby. There is overnight parking in their garage for $33/night, which was a bit pricey but there is street parking available. This will be my new go-to hotel the next time I’m in LA :)
Just checked in with Josh and his hospitality was a as fabulous as his handwriting! The rooms are quaint, clean and cozy— all you need for a short stay. The pool and terrace area are as beautiful as advertised.
Place is clean. Decent area to stay. Joshua front desk clerk is really friendly and nice. Parking is secured. Overall hotel is giving a great aesthetic vibe.
We got to the hotel very early after a Long flight. Joshua at the front desks was so amazing and helped us with an early check in and gave us great breakfast suggestions. The hotel room was clean and modern making the stay comfortable and somewhere I would definitely stay again.
